Settings overview

In short

Settings is where the loyalty club's configuration lives — verification rules, payment behaviour, branches, registration form, legal docs, communication providers, API keys, member imports. Almost everything here is prefilled at the moment your club is delivered. These pages cover only what you might need to change as your program evolves — what to touch, what to leave alone, and one functional procedure (Import Members) that you'll actually run on your own.

The Settings section sits at the bottom of the left nav, under SETTINGS. The areas it groups are deliberately heterogeneous — some are one-time decisions made at launch (currency, time zone, registration form), some are operational (branches you open, communication credit top-ups), and one (Import Members) is a procedure you'll execute when bulk-onboarding members.

Read the per-area pages with this question in mind: "is anything here likely to change as the club grows?" Most of the time the answer is no — and we say so. The pages stay short on the static parts and go deep only where it matters.

What's in this section

AreaWhen you'd touch it
General settingsAllowing POS Deals, staff management add-on, registration-from-POS flow, tier program, favourite-item exclusions, login identifier, payment / cashback rules.
Location listWhenever you open, close, or rename a branch. Always keep up to date — Dashboard, Reports, and Member profile favourite-location all read from this list.
Registration formAdding or removing fields on the public registration form, changing rules / placeholders / error messages.
LegalsUpdating Terms of Use or GDPR documents, changing the post-POS-registration consent flow.
CommunicationReviewing SMS / email / notification usage stats, topping up communication credits. Provider settings are managed for you — usually only the Sender Name needs an occasional change.
ConnectivityReading the API key. Rarely changed; don't touch the rest unless your integrator asks.
Import MembersBulk-onboarding members from a CSV — a real procedure, not a setting. Detailed walkthrough on its own page.

Admin settings (the last item in the menu) is deliberately not documented in the help center.

A note on Save

Every Settings page that has editable fields shows a Save button at the bottom right. Changes don't persist until you click it. The button is forgettable — if you've changed a value and the page resets, you probably scrolled past Save without clicking.
