Reports
A report that looks wrong is usually read against the wrong wallet, the wrong row or the wrong unit. Credits are not points, General Membership is the anonymous row, HUB is manual adjustments, payment limits are in cents, and both date fields must carry the same day. The reports are described under Reports.
What you see and what it means
- The points report shows zero. The club runs on the credits wallet, as most clubs do; points are a separate wallet. Read the credits report.
- A General Membership row. Purchases that arrived without a member; see The POS integration. Leave it out of any member report.
- A branch called HUB. Credits added or removed by hand from Hub, apart from the ones campaigns gave. Useful to separate the two.
- Payment limits look a hundred times too big or too small. Minimum and maximum amounts are always in cents, whatever the payment rate; the rest of the panel converts them.
- Test orders in the data. Tag your test members (for instance
Test_User) and exclude that tag in Filter members, in the reports and in BI. - A filtered export comes back empty. Both date fields of a report must carry the same day, and a filter on a tag reads it as typed; see A member did not get the reward.
- The export never finishes. A report should come back within seconds. If one spins for more than a minute, do not start it again; send its name and its filters.
- A campaign filter shows another club's campaigns. That was a platform bug, fixed in June 2026; if you see it again, report it with a screenshot.
Something did not send
A scheduled send that did not go out can be traced for 7 days. Report it within the week, with the campaign name and the date; after 7 days the logs are gone and nobody can say what happened.
BI
BI is easiest to learn on your own data: build one report from the pattern on the BI page, then send the question with the report's filters.
When to write to your provider
Write with the report's name, its filters as a screenshot, the number you expected and the number you got. See How to ask for help.
